Erik brings more than 20 years of experience scaling product-based companies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic growth across consumer products, industrial technology, healthcare devices, and global manufacturing.

He has worked inside high-growth middle-market companies, Fortune 500 organizations, startups, and private-equity–backed businesses. This breadth provides pattern recognition and practical judgment — especially valuable when organizations face inflection points requiring clear decisions and disciplined execution.
